Q. I have a charge from the library that I don’t understand, how can I question the charge?
To question a Library charge or processing fee, you should first speak in person at the Service Desk. If no solution is agreed upon, you may submit a written appeal using the following form. Appeals for Library charges MUST be received within 6 month from the original date of the charge.
Appeals based solely on inability to pay and/or disagreement with the fine structure will not be considered in the formal appeal process. Any disagreements of this type should be directed to the Circulation Department.
If an appeal is accepted for consideration, the corresponding charges are temporarily removed from your Student Business Service account. The fine is waived, adjusted or re-posted to your account at the end of the appeals process.
